Blindley Heath Youth Club – healthy eating project

BLINDLEY Heath Youth Club has members from the whole of the parish of Godstone, but mainly Blindley Heath itself, South Godstone village and Lingfield.

The support from the Star Energy Community Fund helped bring in a fitness trainer once a month and introduce a regular cooking programme with information on healthy eating.

Body stats are being kept at 2 monthly intervals, fitness routines are good and a cook book is underway.
